EHR Transcriptions is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, formed in 2012 through sister company, Same Day Transcriptions, Inc. (2003). The company provides user-friendly medical dictation transcription services for doctors who don’t like complicated technology.

Medical scribe services are launched.

As a special service for a client with over 60 doctors, EHR Transcriptions forms a division for medical scribe services. Doctors are permitted to dictate through telephone and have the notes entered directly in to their EHR system. Designed for large practices with a dedicated technology manager, this is the ultimate solution for EHR system users.

Milestone: 7,000 doctors transcribed. 400 medical offices.

As doctors' aggravation with Electronic Health Records persists, EHR Transcriptions sees them returning from trials with voice recognition and electronic templates, asking to reinstate their personalized medical dictation transcription service.

Foreign Language Translation is added.
